USER-NFT可以在[Starfish Dapp](https://dapp.sfos.io)内Mint获得（需要支付SFO代币或合作代币，合作代币将全部销毁，SFO代币中50%将被销毁，10%用于新用户销毁产出，20%用于发放游戏区奖励，20%用于海洋学院）。

KOL-NFT可以从User-NFT升级获得

USER-NFT在mint时，将返佣所花费SFO数量的10%给予邀请人。
